How To Connect Redmi 8 (Olive) EDL Mode
- Disassemble your Redmi 8 (Olive) to access the motherboard.
- Locate the Test Point on the motherboard.
- Use a tweezer to short the Test Pinout and connect the USB cable simultaneously.
- Ensure the device enters EDL (Emergency Download) mode.
- Open Device Manager on your computer and navigate to Port.
- Confirm if “Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM__)” is displayed.
- If there are issues, update your drivers to resolve them.
